Acceptance of terms
By using SangoServices, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Description of service
SangoServices is a platform connecting workers and employers for short-term, occasional tasks in Douala, Cameroon. SangoServices is not an employer and is not a party to contracts between workers and employers.
Registration
Registration is done by phone number and SMS verification. You must provide accurate information. Each user may only have one account.
Worker obligations
Workers agree to: perform accepted tasks in good faith, submit honest work evidence (photos, GPS location), not cancel tasks repeatedly without valid reason.
Employer obligations
Employers agree to: post honest offers with a fixed FCFA amount, confirm completion of tasks performed, pay workers through the platform.
Payments
Job posting is free. A 15% completion fee is added on top of the worker pay when a job is completed (waived for the first 2 completed jobs). During the launch phase, worker payment is settled directly between parties. Automated payment via SangoCash and Mobile Money will be enabled progressively. SangoServices reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.
Disputes
In case of a dispute, either party can file a claim through the platform. The SangoServices team reviews each case and renders a fair decision. Dispute resolution decisions are final.
Prohibited behavior
The following are prohibited: fraud, false statements, harassment, discrimination, creating fake accounts, platform abuse. Any violation may result in account suspension or deletion.
Limitation of liability
SangoServices is a technology intermediary. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed or the reliability of users. We implement verification and trust mechanisms, but ultimate responsibility lies with the parties involved.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
