Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Enter your phone number (+237), receive a code by SMS and verify it. Your account is created automatically — no password required.
Is the app free?
Yes, SangoServices is 100% free for workers. Employers post jobs for free and only pay a 15% completion fee when the job is done.
In which cities is SangoServices available?
SangoServices is available in Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Bamenda and Garoua. New cities are added regularly.
For Workers
How do I apply for a task?
Browse available tasks in the "Missions" tab, check the details and tap "Apply". The employer will be notified and can select you.
How do I get paid?
Once the task is completed and confirmed by the employer on the platform, payment is settled directly between you. Pre-funded jobs guarantee payment upfront.
I didn't receive the SMS code
Check that your number is correct and that you have network. The SMS can take up to 2 minutes. You can also try email login, or contact us on WhatsApp.
How do I edit my profile?
Go to the "Profile" tab then "Edit my profile". You can change your name, photo and skills.
For Employers
How do I post a task?
Tap "Post" in the navigation bar, fill in the title, category, amount, duration and location. The task will be visible to nearby workers.
How do I select a worker?
When workers apply, you receive a notification. Check their profiles and select the one that suits you.
What is pre-funding?
Pre-funding guarantees payment to the worker. The amount is reserved in advance and released automatically at the end of the task. Pre-funded tasks are highlighted in the feed.
Account & Security
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@sangoservices.com with your phone number. We will delete your account and data within 48 hours.
Is my data protected?
Yes. We use HTTPS encryption, never sell your data and respect your privacy. See our privacy policy for more details.
