Pre-funding: the payment guarantee

For jobs worth 10,000 FCFA or more, SangoServices requires the employer to pre-fund the payment. Funds are held securely and only released when the work is confirmed complete.

This mechanism protects the worker against non-payment and the employer against work not performed. Accounts with a reliable history ("trusted" confidence score) benefit from more flexible conditions.

Proof of work: photos and GPS

At the end of each task, the worker submits:

  • Photos of the work done
  • GPS location to prove on-site presence

The employer can review this evidence before confirming. This system replaces "he said / she said" with verifiable facts.

Dispute resolution: fair arbitration

Despite all precautions, problems can occur. SangoServices offers a dispute resolution system:

  • Either party can raise a dispute in 2 taps
  • The SangoServices team reviews each case
  • Three possible outcomes: full payment to the worker, refund to the employer, or mediated resolution

Unjustified worker no-shows are tracked automatically with escalating consequences (warning, temporary suspension).
