- ¶2 — You: your 2-3 achievements most relevant to THIS position, with numbers where possible. Not your CV repeated — its best part, developed.
- ¶3 — The company: show you know it (products, values, news) and why you want to work there specifically.
- ¶4 — The meeting: propose the interview, give your availability and phone number, short closing formula.
Length: 250–350 words. Beyond one page, it doesn't get read.

- Small jobs count: market selling, helping in the family shop, babysitting, tutoring — that is real experience. A holiday job proves your reliability.
